McLaren Health Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for the day shift in Flint, MI. The role involves evaluating and treating patients referred to the Physical Therapy department, documenting progress, and planning discharge criteria.
Qualified candidates will have 5-7 years of formal PT education (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate) and active Michigan licensure. The position requires the ability to lift and assist with patient movement as needed and strong communication skills.

Scheduled Biweekly Hours: 80
Performs physical therapy treatments for patients referred to department. Conducts patient evaluation, performs documentation of patient progress, treatment planning and completes discharge functions.
Licensure in State of Michigan required.
Trained and educated in age-specific categories being served: infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
Capable of spending 10-25% of time lifting, carrying, moving items weighing 25 pounds or more.
Ability to effectively communicate and present self to people in courteous, tactful and poised manner.
Possess 5-7 years formal education and Bachelor/Master Degree/Doctorate in accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensure in State of Michigan required.
