Job summary

Caretenders, part of the Optum family, seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one home health care in Indianapolis. This full-time or PRN role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will evaluate patients in their homes, develop plans of care and provide treatment to improve mobility and independence, collaborating with families and the care team. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available and benefits include PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to dependable transportation.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $34.23 to $61.15 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
