Southcoast Health is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to support the VNA Rehabilitation Department in Fairhaven, MA. The role requires driving 3+ times per week and a day shift with flexible hours to accommodate agency needs.
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, MA & RI licenses, BLS/CPR, and one year of experience. Vaccination against flu and COVID-19 is required or an approved exemption.

Hours: Per Diem
Shift: Day shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm preferred, evening hours may work; Schedule days and times are flexible to agency needs and candidates availability.
Location: VNA Rehab - Fairhaven, MA
Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required

Under general supervision of the Program Director, Rehab & Integrated Services and the Clinical Nurse Manager or designee, perform duties to support and in support of the VNA Rehabilitation Department. Provide Physical Therapy services directed towards preventing disability, relieving pain, developing, improving or restoring motor function and maintaining maximum physical, emotional, social and mental performance within the patient*s capabilities.
