SSM Health Physical Therapy in Eureka, MO is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans within physician-directed care. The role supports a collaborative outpatient setting across a network of centers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

• Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services for those assigned patients.
