Responsibilities
- Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction.
- Delegate and direct all discipline‐specific therapy services for assigned patients.
- Design functional treatment programs that facilitate effective return to community activities.
- Educate patients, families, students, coworkers, and oneself.
- Perform other professional duties related to patient care, development of discipline‐specific services, and program delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
