Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Delaware, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between $75,000 and $110,000 per year, based on experience, with a schedule of Mon/Wed 8am–2pm, Tue/Thu 8am–7pm, and Fri 7am–4pm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State PT license or eligibility in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient care.
• Complete and maintain required training and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain open, respectful communication with patients, colleagues, physicians, and Payors.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.
