Business Savvy Physicians has an amazing opportunity for a Physical Therapist in Southern California. This is an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Dana Point, CA. The Physical Therapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include providing hands-on rehabilitation services, instructing patients in therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Experience in a wide

range of orthopedic diagnosis and itger aspects of therapy

• including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Experience or interest in sports medicine and community-based services to support continuity of care when applicable.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
• Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered practice and ongoing professional development; prior experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings is a plus.
