You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active California PT license required.
• DPT degree or equivalent for CA licensure.
• New graduates welcome.
• Outpatient/orthopedic PT experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on PT treatment for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and home programs.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinic staff to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload while maintaining high standards of care.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and patient management when needed.
