Paulding Care Center is currently hiring a Physical Therapist. Our staff has set an excellent standard of care and we want you to be the next superstar on a roster of the best healthcare employees in Georgia.

We are looking for motivated, reliable and enthusiastic worker to join our AMAZING therapy team! You will join an AMAZING therapy team, receive training and resources, and enjoy a flexible schedule with an 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, in a long-term care, nursing home and rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD’s orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form, accurately and adhering to all guidelines
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short term goals, frequency, duration and treatment modalities
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
