Paulding Care Center in Georgia seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join our clinical team on a flexible, as-needed basis. The role focuses on comprehensive evaluations, plan of care, and safe, guideline-driven patient care across rehab disciplines. A Georgia license is required; CPR preferred; prior MD-ordered protocols follow.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
• Holds current license/registration in the state of Georgia.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD’s orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form, adhering to guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
