• Active TX or compact state license required.

*Pay:* $1900 – $2020 gross per week
*Shift:* Days
*Contract Duration:* 13 weeks

* Track patient progress and adapt therapy plans as needed
* Provide patient and caregiver education for continued success at home
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes

*Requirements*
* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
* Minimum 2 years of experience required.
* Must have acute care inpatient rehab experience SNF
* *Must have active TX or compact state license.*
* Oasis experience is required.
* Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills

*Certifications*
* BLS Certification required
