Job summary

OrthoAtlanta, the largest independent physician-owned orthopedic and sports medicine practice in Georgia, is seeking Physical Therapists to join a collaborative orthopedic team. You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, and guide recovery to reduce pain and restore mobility.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time PTs, competitive compensation with quarterly bonuses, $2,000 annual CEU support, additional PTO for continuing education, full benefits, and strong opportunities

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Georgia PT license or eligibility for Georgia licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands‑on treatment and guide patients through recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team.
• Educate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
