Allina Health/CKRI is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care within the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. This role covers the North Region clinics, floats for LOA and PTO, with 1.0 FTE (80 hours per 2-week pay period) on day/evening shifts and no weekend rotation.
Responsibilities include patient assessment, data collection, developing and adjusting therapy plans, and coordinating care per professional standards.

This is a Resource position and will float within the North Region of Courage Kenny: Cambridge, Isanti, Coon Rapids, Ramsey, Elk River, Forest Lake, Champlin and Maple Grove. Position will provide coverage for LOA, PTO and other clinic needs. 1.0 FTE (80 hours every 2-week pay period) 8-hour day/evening shifts No weekend rotation.
To provide quality care that is appropriate, efficient, effective patient care meeting the patient’s requirements for physical therapy.
Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently
Pay Range Pay Range: $38.52 to $52.80 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
