Salary: $84,000 - $111,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Sign-on bonuses available

Job Location: 60 Old New Milford Road, Brookfield CT (Fairfield County; outpatient clinic)

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Schedule to be discussed during interview.)

Responsibilities

You’ll achieve success by:

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Providing excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Recording patient progress and adjusting the plan of care as needed

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Connecticut
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Experience with general orthopedics, sports medicine, joint replacements, and geriatrics cases
