Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Hewlett, NY. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is new-grad friendly and offers base salary ranges and total compensation with performance incentives.

Base Salary:$90,000–$100,000
Total Compensation:$95,000–$120,000
(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

New for 2026: Eligible PTs may also choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.
