Emerald Nursing & Rehab Columbus is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Rehab department in Columbus, NE. This PRN position involves comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and evidence-based interventions to improve residents’ mobility and function.

The role requires a current PT license, graduate training in physical therapy, and the ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, resident-focused care.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused mindset and a passion for improving quality of life.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
