Job summary

Strive Physical Therapy in Colorado Springs is seeking a licensed DPT to join our patient-first practice that blends hands-on care with evidence-based exercise. You’ll plan and deliver autonomous, individualized treatments, educate patients, and collaborate with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Colorado physical therapy license, or eligibility for one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
• Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
• Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

Compensation Package

This role pays $80,000–$98,720 a year. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.

In addition, we provide:

• $20,000 sign‑on bonus

• Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend

• $12,000 fellowship reimbursement

• 17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure

• $10,000 in tax‑free student loan repayment over 5 years, paid monthly

• Relocation assistance available

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 pounds

Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly
