Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking Licensed Physical Therapists who are passionate about patient-centered, evidence-based care. This role uses a one-on-one manual therapy model with 50–55 minute visits and fewer than nine patients per day.

You will assess movement dysfunction, build tailored plans, deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education, and track progress. We offer a competitive salary ($80K–$95K), a $5,000 sign-on bonus, generous benefits, a 401(k) with 4% employer

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable state.
• Ability to obtain licensure if not currently licensed.
