Job summary
CenterCare Home Health & Hospice is seeking Physical Therapists for part-time or PRN work in the Colorado Springs area. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, collaborating with a compassionate care team to improve mobility and independence.
Applicants must hold an active Colorado PT license and have at least 1 year of experience in acute care or home health; Medicare home health experience is highly preferred. Flexible scheduling and strong leadership support are offered.
