We are a well-established, therapist-owned group of outpatient clinics serving Mid-Missouri and the St. Louis area. Patients visiting our clinics experience prompt scheduling, exceptional customer service, and specialized treatment.

We focus on orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, sports medicine, hand therapy, and work injury prevention—restoring mobility, relieving pain, and improving quality of life. Our multidisciplinary team combines cutting-edge techniques with personalized care to address root causes and empower patients with knowledge to prevent future issues.

Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Downtown Chesterfield, MO clinic. This is an on-site, Monday–Friday position with opportunities for professional growth—including future partnership potential.

The Physical Therapist will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, providing rehabilitation services to a diverse population. PEAK also offers individualized mentorship and leadership development programs to support your career journey.

• Active Missouri Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)
