Job summary

Architech Sports and Physical Therapy in Charlotte, NC seeks a licensed DPT to deliver personalized physical therapy for athletes, focusing on recovery, prevention, and performance.

You will collaborate with coaches and healthcare providers, uphold Architech’s standards of care, and participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development within a four-9 hour day plus one 4-hour day weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy services for recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions using Architech’s pillars: flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, nutrition, and movement.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers for holistic, integrated care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with Architech standards.
• Foster a positive Growth Mindset and contribute to professional development within the clinic.
• Represent Architech in the community and engage with schools and sports associations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy services, focusing on recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions using Architech’s 5 Pillars methodology : flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, nutrition, and movement.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers to deliver holistic, integrated care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure satisfaction and long‑term success.
• Clinical Expertise

• Manage individual clinical schedules effectively, ensuring excellent patient retention and clinic flow.
• Stay current with the latest physical therapy techniques by attending continuing education courses and participating in mentorship programs.

• Support athletes at high school football games or other sporting events, offering sideline care and fostering relationships within the sports community.
• Serve as a resource for community partners, ensuring quick access to care for athletes in need of acute injury management.
