Job summary

Architech Sports and Physical Therapy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a licensed or eligible Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our athletic performance team. You will deliver personalized physical therapy, focusing on recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement for athletes of all levels.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions using Architech’s pillars, apply manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and collaborate with coaches and healthcare partners to

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy services, focusing on recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions using Architech’s 5 Pillars methodology : flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, nutrition, and movement.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers to deliver holistic, integrated care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
• Clinical Expertise

• Manage individual clinical schedules effectively, ensuring excellent patient retention and clinic flow.
• Stay current with the latest physical therapy techniques by attending continuing education courses and participating in mentorship programs.

• Support athletes at high school football games or other sporting events, offering sideline care and fostering relationships within the sports community.
• Serve as a resource for community partners, ensuring quick access to care for athletes in need of acute injury management.
