We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Physical Therapist who wants more than a traditional clinic role. This is an opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, exceptional one-on-one care, and the freedom to develop a community of patients while being part of an integrative, concierge-style physical therapy practice.
Our approach goes beyond treating an injury or diagnosis. We combine expert orthopedic care and hands‑on treatment with principles of lifestyle medicine, looking at movement, recovery, sleep, stress, nutrition, and other factors that influence how patients feel and function.

What Makes This Role Different: This isn't a high-volume clinic position. We're building a model of physical therapy centered around time, expertise, relationships, and individualized care. You'll have the opportunity to practice with greater independence, spend meaningful time with patients, and help shape how you want to practice.
The role is part-time with room to grow, making it ideal for an experienced clinician who wants flexibility now but is excited about the possibility of building something larger over time. You'll have the opportunity to develop your own referral relationships, establish a loyal patient following,
and become an integral part of a growing concierge and integrative PT practice.
We're especially interested in someone who has reached the point in their career where they're asking “what would practicing physical therapy look like if I had more freedom to do it the way I believe it should be done?” If you're an excellent hands‑on clinician who wants greater autonomy, deeper patient relationships, and an opportunity to grow professionally and personally within an innovative model of care, we'd love to meet you.
