Job summary

PT Progression in Natick, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced physical therapist who wants more time with clients, less turnover, and autonomy beyond high-volume clinics. This in-person, cash-based practice emphasizes one-on-one care, strength and performance, and a collaborative clinical team.

We offer a base salary range of $100k–$140k+ with growth as your caseload expands, health insurance, 401(k) match, and other high-quality benefits.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts-licensed physical therapist or eligible for licensure.
• At least three years of orthopedic experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in strength training and performance, treating the whole person.
• Ownership mindset, openness to feedback and contributing to practice growth.
• Cash-based or out-of-network experience is helpful but not required.

PT Progression is looking for an experienced physical therapist who wants to spend more time treating, build meaningful relationships with clients, and work beyond the limitations of a traditional high-volume clinic.

We are an established out-of-network physical therapy and performance practice located on the Natick/Wellesley line. Our model is built around one‑on‑one care, clinical autonomy, and helping motivated clients move from rehabilitation into long‑term strength and performance.
