Freedom Physical Therapy Services in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedics team. You’ll work in a 1:1 care model with 45-minute visits designed to support thoughtful treatment and clinical depth.

We value mentorship, specialty growth, and ownership of the patient experience, including documentation and community outreach. New grads welcome; licensed or license-eligible in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
New grads and experienced PTs are encouraged to apply.
Interest in orthopedics and clinical specialty development.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions (TMJ, vestibular, or pelvic health experience a plus).
Deliver therapist-led care through manual therapy, exercise, patient education, and functional progression.
Build individualized plans of care that support meaningful outcomes.
Collaborate with experienced clinicians across specialties.
Develop or deepen a clinical niche over time.
Participate in patient engagement, relationship-building, and community outreach efforts.
Maintain timely documentation and contribute to an accountable clinic culture.
