Job summary

Architech Sports in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our outpatient sports clinic and help athletes return to sport stronger and safer. You will deliver personalized physical therapy, apply our 5 Pillars framework, and collaborate with athletes, coaches and healthcare providers to maximize performance and recovery.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or eligible) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Ability to deliver PT services and design rehab programs.
• Experience in sports rehab and performance-based care.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy services, focusing on recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions using Architech's 5 Pillars.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers for holistic care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain clinical documentation in line with Architech standards.
• Foster Growth Mindset and participate in mentorship and development activities.
• Represent Architech Sports in the community and engage with schools and sports groups.
• Support athletes at events with sideline care and rapid access to care.
