Job summary

Prava-Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapists in South Carolina to launch or grow an independent practice with full back-office support. The platform handles credentialing, billing, marketing, and AI-assisted documentation, letting you focus on patient care under your own brand.

We offer flexible work arrangements including hybrid, remote/telehealth, on-site, in-home, and home health options, enabling you to structure a practice that fits your lifestyle and clinical goals.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with OR without a practice in South Carolina
• Passionate about one-on-one, patient-centered care
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in starting and growing their own practice, no matter what that looks like
• Excited by autonomy, flexibility, and engaging the business side of therapy
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
