On the Mend Physical Therapy in East Valley, AZ is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join a patient-centered team. You will evaluate patients, plan evidence-based treatment, and deliver hands-on care with clinical autonomy.

Being backed by the HRS group means real support behind the scenes: unlimited CE funding, strong benefits, and student loan repayment, without losing the locally owned, community-first feel that earned this clinic Best of Mesa in 2021. If you want to practice hands‑on, patient‑centered care on a team that treats you like family, this is it.
This role pays $80,000–$92,900 a year. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.
