Job summary

The Jackson Clinics in Northern Virginia is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for full-time outpatient care. You’ll receive one-on-one mentorship, a comprehensive two-week onboarding, and access to 17+ in-house CE courses each year.

Earn $85,000–$110,000, depending on experience, while helping patients recover and return to the activities they love. Our leadership development and advancement opportunities, plus strong teamwork, support your long‑term growth within a therapist‑owned practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Knowledge of exercise-based treatment and manual techniques; sports rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive patient experience.
• A genuine passion for physical therapy and helping patients achieve their goals.
• A positive, outgoing attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
