Job summary

The Jackson Clinics is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our outpatient team in Northern Virginia. You will deliver evidence-based therapy, focus on individualized patient goals, and participate in a comprehensive onboarding and mentorship program to support your professional growth.

We offer 17+ in-house CE courses annually, leadership development opportunities, and competitive compensation ($85,000–$110,000) based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Knowledge of exercise-based treatment and manual techniques; sports rehabilitation experience a plus.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive patient experience.
• A genuine passion for physical therapy and helping patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care and therapy sessions in an outpatient PT setting.
