The Jackson Clinics is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team in Northern Virginia. This clinician-owned practice emphasizes individualized patient care and a Complete Care Initiative to support lasting recovery.

We offer a robust onboarding program, one-on-one mentorship, and 17+ in-house continuing education courses annually, with compensation in the $85,000–$110,000 range based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Knowledge of exercise-based treatment and manual techniques; sports rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive patient experience.
