Job summary

ProCare Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative team of experienced clinicians. The role focuses on outpatient orthopedics, with opportunities for growth and continued education. You will contribute to high-quality patient care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

We seek a compassionate, proactive clinician with strong communication and multitasking abilities, ready to grow professionally in our expanding clinic network across Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or soon to be) from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current Pennsylvania license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly.
• CPR certification.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
• A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
