Job summary

Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine's Tri-State Physical Therapy division is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing practice in Butler, Pennsylvania. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule at the Clearview Medical Pavilion office, with a focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation and patient care.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with physicians to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist required.
  • Upbeat, dynamic, and outgoing personality expected.
  • EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule at the Butler office (Clearview Medical Pavilion).
  • Provide physical therapy services, including patient evaluations and follow-up treatment, with individualized plans of care.
  • Assist patients in returning to optimal function within their capabilities.
  • Consult with physicians regarding patient progress and assist in evaluating level of function to achieve maximum outcomes.
  • Perform skilled, evidence-based procedures as ordered by the physician.
  • Prepare daily clinical notes and routine progress reports.
  • Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and activities of daily living.
  • Supervise office Therapy Aides and Certified Athletic Trainers.

Tri-State Physical Therapy (TSPT), a division of Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist to join our well-established and growing practice. This position is Monday through Friday at our newly-opened office located in the Clearview Medical Pavilion in Butler, Pennsylvania.

About Us:

Founded in 2005, TSPT provides a full range of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, and hand therapy services, to ensure quality and comprehensive care for our patients. With a high volume of patient referrals from Tri-State Orthopaedics surgeons, our therapists dedicate the majority of their time to patient care, not marketing. Therapists utilize state-of-the-art techniques and equipment to provide each patient with an individualized and complete rehabilitation program. This coordination and continuity of care, with close communication among our physicians and therapists, enhances our patients' recovery process.

TSPT currently has five convenient office locations with spacious gyms and advanced technology used by professional athletes. We also offer a variety of Sports Performance and Injury Prevention services for athletes, injured workers, weekend warriors, and Medicare-aged seniors. We are committed to providing the highest quality patient care in an enjoyable work environment, while fostering excellent outcomes and exceptional customer service.
