Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Ortho/Sports therapy to perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for adults and seniors. You will guide patients and supervise rehab staff while aligning care with state practice acts and institutional standards.

Ideal candidates will have a DPT (or equivalent) and an active PT license, along with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the practicing state (current or temporary)
• BLS certification current prior to patient care
• Six months to one year of experience with adult and geriatric populations (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform standing, walking, and bending tasks
