Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Cedar Park, TX outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team. The role offers direct-hire employment with a growing multi-clinic organization.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of outpatient orthopedic experience, be comfortable in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrate strong communication with patients, physicians, and teammates. Manual therapy experience is preferred and sports medicine experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting

• Maintain clear documentation and progress notes in accordance with clinic standards
• Work a full-time schedule, typically Monday–Friday, with autonomy in patient care

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and based on years of licensed outpatient experience, overall qualifications, and market conditions. Base pay: $80,000–$86,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with significant autonomy
• No routine evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

Patient Population

• Primarily adolescents through older adults
• Orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, work-related, and general musculoskeletal conditions

Specialty Experience

• Outpatient orthopedics required
• Manual therapy experience preferred
• Sports medicine experience a plus, but not required
