Zion’s Way in Utah is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home health and hospice services. You’ll design individualized care plans, administer hands-on therapy, and collaborate with a caring team, with scheduling flexibility to fit your life.

Requirements include an active Physical Therapy License and CPR, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered, team-oriented approach.
