Job summary

Cole Health in Cary, NC is seeking a pediatric-focused Physical Therapist to lead, establish, and grow services at this location and within ABA centers we contract with. You’ll be the sole PT onsite initially, with offsite travel to expand the program, enjoying autonomy while supported by our interdisciplinary team and a 25-year history of community trust.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or PTA in North Carolina.
• At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience with ABA facilities or difficult behaviors preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline.
• Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential.
• Growth-minded and adaptable in a changing healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow pediatric PT services in Cary, NC and ABA centers.

At Cole Health, we are expanding in Cary, NC and seeking a confident, pediatric-focused PT to help establish and grow services at this location and within ABA centers we are contracted with. You’ll initially be the sole PT onsite and while traveling offsite— giving you the autonomy to shape the program while still having the full support of our larger interdisciplinary team.

Compensation Options - Pay Per Visit (PPV)

PPV Rates for DPT:

• $48 – $52 per billable hour (unit based)
• $70 per Evaluation
• Travel stipend provided bi-weekly

PPV Rates for PTA:

• $40 per billable hour (unit based)
• Travel stipend provided bi-weekly
