Job summary

Cole Health in Cary, NC is seeking an experienced pediatric Occupational Therapist to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact as our program expands at this location and with contracted ABA centers.

This role offers PPV compensation with rates of $48–$52 per billable hour and $60 per evaluation, plus a bi-weekly travel stipend. You will collaborate with Physical and Speech Therapy to deliver family-centered, team-based care and develop leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in North Carolina required.
• Pediatric experience preferred; ABA facility experience advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of pediatric OT services at Cary location and contracted ABA centers.
• Collaborate with Physical and Speech Therapy to deliver team-based care.
• Manage caseload with flexible scheduling and autonomy.

Compensation Options - Pay Per Visit (PPV)

PPV Rates for OTR:

Who You Are

• Licensed OT in North Carolina
• At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Experience working with ABA facilities or difficult behaviors preferred
• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline
