Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PRN) to provide on-site rehabilitative care in senior living communities. You’ll build individualized treatment plans, deliver private sessions, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

The PRN must dedicate at least 8 hours per month to active employment and may work a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. Compensation ranges from USD 42.00 to USD 50.00 per hour, with ample opportunities for CEUs,

Qualifications

• Requires PT degree and state licensure, with access to licensure reimbursement.
• Strong interpersonal, clinical and fiscal skills are essential for patient-focused care.
• Computer proficiency and documentation are required for the role.
