Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services in Texas is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role to provide compassionate rehabilitative care to our senior residents. You will plan individualized treatment and work as part of a coordinated team, following medical orders and focusing on improving quality of life.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, plus benefits, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and pathways for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Degree in area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice or ability to obtain prior to starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one with private treatment sessions and a functional-based approach.
• Individualize treatment sessions for each patient.
