Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services in the United States is seeking a Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our team, delivering compassionate rehabilitative care to senior residents under medical orders and coordinating with a multidisciplinary staff.

This role requires at least 8 hours per month, offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, and includes comprehensive benefits such as insurance, PTO, retirement, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and follow-up treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care plans with the team.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, function-based sessions.
• Individualize treatment sessions to meet patient needs.

Pay Range

USD $42.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
