Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services in Lakeway, TX is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for a PRN role to support senior residents with individualized rehabilitative care. The position requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month, with Monday–Friday scheduling and no weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires Physical Therapy degree and active license in state of practice or ability to obtain before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with basic EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for residents.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, function-based sessions.

Position requirements:

• Degree in area of discipline
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment

Pay Range

USD $45.00 - USD $51.00 /Hr.
