ProActive Physical Therapy in Carlsbad is seeking a Clinic Director or experienced Physical Therapist to guide a high-performing outpatient team. You will oversee operations, mentor staff, and drive service quality while earning a competitive base salary up to $100,000 with a performance-based bonus.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Three to five years of clinical experience, with a passion for healthcare leadership and small business development.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Education And Experience

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.

Work Environment

• Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
• Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
• Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
