Job summary

Valley View Health Care Center in Colorado is seeking a qualified therapist to evaluate and treat patients, communicate with the care team, and maintain accurate medical records. This role supports in-services and training on restorative techniques and supervises Therapist Assistants and therapy students to carry out plans of care in compliance with state practice acts and policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to represent the Company in an ethical and professional manner, and to maintain accountability.

Position Summary

Evaluates and treats patients and communicates with patients, clients, and team members. Maintains documentation of services in the medical record. Completes all duties in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
