Arborviewsl seeks a compassionate healthcare professional to evaluate and treat patients, communicating with patients, clients, and team members while maintaining thorough documentation in the medical record.

The role includes conducting in-services on restorative techniques for patients and staff, upholding state requirements and company policies, and guiding Therapist Assistants and students in direct patient care under regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a valid or eligible state license to provide services.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

POSITION SUMMARY

Evaluates and treats patients and communicates with patients, clients, and team members. Maintains documentation of services in the medical record. Conducts in‑services and training for patients, clients, and team members on an ongoing basis in restorative techniques. Completes all duties in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
