Job summary

VIVAGE in Colorado is hiring compassionate healthcare professionals who will supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students while delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care. The role requires licensure or eligibility to obtain a state license, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care to carry out the plan of care and patient‑related activities per state practice act and reimbursement regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain a license in the state where services are provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
