Requirements include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program, state license, BLS, and at least 2 years of experience within the last 3 years.

Job Requirements:

• Doctorate Degree. Entry level physical therapists must be graduates of a PT program accredited by APTA. Completion of coursework in the specialty area such as EDIS.
