Job summary

Timberline Physical Therapy, part of Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Camas, WA to join our clinician-led team. We offer mentorship, career growth, and a patient-first approach with AgileEMR and supportive resources.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with evidence-based plans, building strong patient relationships, collaborating with PTAs and clinic staff, documenting with AgileRPM, and participating in mentorship and

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Washington.
• Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care.
• Desire to grow clinically and professionally within a collaborative team.

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
