Job summary

Back In Motion Physical Therapy, part of Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, is seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our clinician‑led team in Saco, ME. You will provide patient‑centered care, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with the clinic staff to support client outcomes.

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
