Contract Weeks: 13

Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands‑on physical therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document progress and outcomes to track patient improvement and generate reports.
• Set measurable rehabilitation goals aligned with patient milestones and clinic targets.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to optimize care plans.
• Adhere to evidence‑based practice and continuous professional development.
• Manage patient load efficiently to maximize daily throughput while maintaining care quality.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Monitor and report treatment outcomes to support performance‑based advancement.
• Maintain clinical equipment and ensure a safe, compliant treatment environment.
• Provide on‑site therapist support within defined territory and participate in pipeline reviews.
• Assist in program development to expand services and grow patient referrals.

Experience/Qualifications
